EDZ.LI TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the products and services operated by EDZ-LI (individually and collectively, "edz.li", "We", or "Our"). edz.li takes its responsibilities regarding information security seriously in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal information confidentiality of the law and is committed to respecting the privacy and concerns of all users of our services. .

1.1. This edz.li Service Agreement (“Agreement”) includes the terms, conditions and regulations for the use of services and products within/of the edz.li ecosystem (“Platform”), owned and/or operated and/or managed by edz-li (“Services”)..

1.2. To use any edz.li Services, the User must agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement; in case the User does not agree to any term of this Agreement, the User must immediately terminate the use of the Services.

1.3. 1.4. edz.li reserves the right to modify, supplement any and all contents of this Agreement at any time without prior notice or prior consent of the User.

3.1. To use the edz.li application, the User will create an account directly on the edz.li application, which means that the User uses the edz.li service and has signed a contract to use the edz.li service. The User commits that the use of the Account must comply with the provisions of this Agreement, and the User commits to providing us with information to register/update the Account information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible in case the information provided by the User is incorrect, affecting or limiting the rights of the User.

3.2. The User clearly understands and agrees that, in order to improve the efficiency of using system resources. The System stores information about the services that customers use at edz.li.

3.3. The User shall be responsible for all activities, including legal and legal responsibilities, for all activities and actions performed through the account during the use of the service. In the event of any loss or damage arising from the User's disclosure of account information and/or password, edz.li shall not be responsible for compensating the User.

The User has the right to use the Service, however, such use shall not include the following actions:

4.1. Copy, edit, reproduce, create new products or derivative versions based on this Platform.

4.2. Sell, transfer, sublicense, disclose or otherwise transfer or provide any part or all of the data constituting the Platform to any Third Party except for those parts of the data that the User is the legal owner of.

4.3. Exploit the Platform to perform any action that is harmful to the information security, network security of edz.li, including but not limited to using data or accessing the system server or account without permission; accessing the network system to delete, edit and add information; spreading malicious programs, viruses or performing any other action to harm or destroy the network system.

4.4. Log in and use the Service using a compatible software of a Third Party or a system that is not developed, licensed or approved by edz.li.

4.5. Use, sell, lend, copy, modify, connect to, translate, publish, publish information related to the Platform, build a copy website/fake website to publish this information or to develop derivative products, works or services;

4.6. Exploit the Platform or other services provided by edz.li in any form of violation of the law, for any illegal purpose and/or harass, negatively impact the experience of other Users.

5.1. Information provided by the User, including:

1. Personal data information provided by the User when signing a contract to use the service provided by edz.li, to identify the User when creating an Account for the User as well as during the User's use of the Service, including: Phone number, Full name, age, gender, personal image, email.
2. In case the User is a representative of a legal entity, organization, or enterprise: Name of the legal entity, organization, or enterprise; Business registration number, tax code; Registered head office address; Contact address; Legal representative and information of the legal representative such as the individual User in section (i); Position; Administrative email address; Name of the account administrator; Phone number of the account administrator.

5.2. The information we actively collect includes:

1. Application, Device and Network Information: information related to the operating system, Device such as version, default language, signal quality from the Device, cookie information, IP address, connection status, crash data, performance, operating system, browser, network information and similar types of data.

5.3. edz.li collects Account Information for the purpose of providing a stable and secure Service to all Users. The data we collect and the use of such data will depend on the needs and how the User uses the Service, as well as how the User manages the User's security controls. The purposes of data collection include:

1. To provide services: We provide login account information to users to identify Users, serve the functions Users want to use on the Platform.
2. To research and develop features and services: We use Account Information to learn trends, build statistics, assess risks, learn about Users' needs to use the Service to predict and design new features and services as well as to maintain and improve available features and services.
3. Ensure the stability and safety of the service: We use Account Information for security purposes, ensuring that Users and other users are protected from information security risks when using the platform as well as protecting the platform from being exploited for purposes not permitted by this Agreement.
4. To contact Users: We contact and respond to requests from Users using the User Account Information provided, including the User's contact information.
5. For the purpose of advertising and marketing edz.li products and services.
6. To respond to legal procedures, comply with current legal regulations and according to the requirements of competent state agencies.
7. To prevent fraud, prevent intrusion, theft of User accounts or activities impersonating Users.
8. To prevent unlawful conduct. For other purposes related to the business operations of the Platform as edz.li deems appropriate from time to time

5.5. Update, modify Account Information:

1. By logging into their Account, Users can access the account modification feature, or contact eDITITEK to request changes.

6.1. In case of emergency, it is necessary to immediately process personal data related to protecting the life and health of the User or others.

6.2. Sharing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of law.

6.3. Processing of data by competent state agencies in case of emergency regarding national defense, national security, social order, major disasters, dangerous epidemics; when there is a threat to national security and defense but not to the extent of declaring a state of emergency; preventing and combating riots, terrorism, preventing and combating crimes and violations of the law in accordance with the provisions of law.

6.4. To perform the contractual obligations of the data subject with relevant agencies, organizations and individuals in accordance with the provisions of current law.

6.5. Serving the activities of state agencies as prescribed by specialized laws.

7.1. edz.li constantly strives to protect Users from information security risks. Technically, the Platform continuously maintains the integration of strong and in-depth security features to protect User Account Information stored and processed securely.

7.2. However, the User agrees that the level of security also depends on the Device the User is using, the User's internet connection or internal connection, and other factors that are the responsibility of the Third Party. The User clearly understands and accepts the security risks (if any) when using the Service.

8.1. Right to withdraw consent, restrict and object to the processing of personal data, and delete personal data:

1. After confirming agreement to this Agreement, during the use of the Platform, the User has the right to withdraw consent, request restriction, object to the processing of personal data and/or delete personal data by contacting edz.li

2. The request is considered valid when it is made according to the procedures and meets all the conditions specified as follows:

   • It is made by the User himself/herself without going through a representative or authorization in any form, except in cases where the law requires it to be done through a representative or authorization.
   • The user clearly understands and agrees to be responsible for all consequences and damages that may occur due to the act of withdrawing consent, making a request for restriction, objecting to the processing of personal data and/or deleting personal data (if any).
3. edz.li has the right to refuse to fulfill all requests of the User if the request does not meet the valid conditions as prescribed in 8.1 (ii).
4. In case the request meets the prescribed conditions, the Platform will carry out the necessary procedures to terminate, restrict the processing of personal data and/or delete personal data according to the time limit, scope and other contents requested by the User within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time the User submits a valid request.
5. Withdrawal of consent, request for restriction, objection to processing of personal data and/or deletion of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that the Platform and/or the Third Party has performed before the time the Platform and/or the Third Party completes the termination, restriction of processing of personal data and/or deletion of personal data.

8.2. Right to provide personal data:

1. Users are required by the Platform to provide personal data after the User has properly and fully performed the procedures to initiate a valid request in accordance with the regulations on receiving and processing requests of the Platform.

8.3. Right to edit personal data:

1. The Platform provides Users with the ability to freely access, view and edit their personal profile data. In case it is not possible to edit directly for technical or other reasons, the User can request the Platform to edit his/her personal data by sending a Request Form to edz.li company via email or contacting the company's headquarters directly.
2. The Platform will edit personal data after verifying the User and obtaining the User's consent as soon as possible or as prescribed by law.

10.1. Users are requested to regularly return to this page to update the Terms, to ensure your rights and responsibilities during the use of the service.

11.1. In any event, the User warrants that the User will release edz.li from any liability related to any loss, damage, cost under any cause of action caused by the User's use, or inability to use the Service.

11.2. edz.li will apply necessary technical, security and confidentiality measures as prescribed by law and according to edz.li's quality statements and commitments to protect the User's personal information. However, the risks associated with providing and securing personal data, whether provided directly, by phone or over the internet or through technical means, will always be latent and NO TECHNICAL SYSTEM OR SECURITY MEASURE IS ABSOLUTELY SAFE or can resist all "hackers", "tamperes" (people who illegally break in to search for information); therefore, in the event that the User's personal information is disclosed due to hacking or other causes beyond the control of edz.li, the User hereby agrees to exempt edz.li from all related responsibilities.
